方法：通过set-group的seniorityindex属性来实现，值越大，越靠前。

具体命令：

Set-Group –Identity 通讯组名称 –SeniorityIndex 50

设置完成后，可以使用下面命令查看是否生效：

Get-Group –Identity 通讯组名称 | select ishierarchicalgroup,seniorityindex | fl
